We’ll keep track of your favourite styles, colours, and sizes, so finding what you need is quicker and easier, leaving you more time to focus on your training.
As a member, you’ll receive 10% off eligible items storewide (excluding select international brands), plus be the first to hear about new arrivals.

Eligibility
Platinum Loyalty membership is available to vocational dance students training approximately 25 hours or more per week with a recognised dance school, institution, or company.
To apply, you’ll need to provide current proof of training. This may include a timetable, enrolment confirmation, or a letter from your studio or program director.We may request additional information to confirm eligibility where needed.
Membership Approval & Duration
All applications are reviewed individually and approved at our discretion.
Once approved, membership is valid for 12 months. To continue enjoying Platinum benefits, members must reapply each year and provide updated proof of eligibility.

As a Platinum member, you’ll enjoy:

Benefits are available in-store, online, and via phone orders, making it easy to shop however suits you best.
Exclusions
To maintain strong relationships with our brand partners, some items are excluded from Platinum discounts. These exclusions may be updated from time to time.

Using Your Membership
Platinum benefits are designed just for you:
- Membership is personal and cannot be shared or transferred
- Discounts apply to personal purchases only and are not intended for bulk buying or resale
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless stated
We reserve the right to limit discounts on unusually large or bulk orders at our discretion.
Returns & Exchanges
Our standard returns and exchanges policy applies to all Platinum purchases. Any refunds will be processed at the discounted price paid.
Program Updates
We may update, pause, or make changes to the Platinum Loyalty Program, including benefits and exclusions, at any time. We’ll always aim to keep changes reasonable and aligned with supporting our dance community.
Fair Use & Membership Integrity
To keep the program meaningful for genuine vocational dancers, membership may be reviewed or withdrawn if:
- Eligibility requirements are no longer met
- False or misleading information is provided
- Benefits are misused, shared, or used for resale purposes.

By joining the program, you agree to us collecting and using your information to manage your membership and provide relevant updates, in line with our privacy obligations.
